“Wait for me.” Sarah called out as she took the steps two at a time, to reach Jess faster.

“What did they send you to surveil me?” Jess asked as she crossed her eyes. Sarah laughed and rolled her eyes at Jess.

“Hey, don’t act up with me, I was on your side. I told them before you came that they should speak to you about it.” Sarah said as she lifted her hands in defense.

“You did? Thank you. See, I just don’t get it, if we can see that they should have talked to me first, how can’t they?” Jess said, feeling fired up. Sarah smiled again....
