The following morning, Thorburn ordered his carpenter to start making a new, larger wardrobe for his room. As it was going to be too large to move through the door, the carpenter had to construct it in the room, so Bonnie would see it being made. He found Stuart and informed him of the maid's spying and finding of the map. He asked him to make another scouting expedition to Achnadrish with the scouting glass. He was to remain far away, but see if Blackthorne was fortifying, closing or abandoning the tunnel.
