"Come."she followed him through the palace, keeping her eyes on the

ground just like she was supposed to. She caught him glancing back at her more than once and every time, it made her hands shake.

She had to clasp them together to keep them still. She followed her mate to a set of double doors that were opened by him. She followed him into what must be the outside path and way out of the palace.

Soon they were at wherever he's taking her to. He motioned for her to sit on the couch and she did as she was told.
