~ Savannah’s POV ~

I can’t possibly describe what I’m feeling right now.

The room is a blur as I open my eyes. There's a warmth enveloping me, a familiar embrace that pulls at the threads of my memory. And then, it hits me – Harlan!

As soon as I see him, the rush of emotions is overwhelming. Like a tidal wave breaking through the walls that have held them back. He's here, and I'm here, and everything floods back.

“Harlan…!” My voice comes out like a whisper.

Then the tears come unbidden, hot and unstoppable. It's a mix of relief, pain, and a thousand other emotions I can't quite...
