When I opened it I was a little let down at how light and empty the box was but I took out the little card that was inside.

"what's this" I asked him but he just kept his lips shut.

I turned the card over and read it.

" you shouldn't be working from that office anymore Selene. You need a real creative space to do that and I want to give this to you as a thankyou for everything you have done for me and our family" Nick says as I stare at the card.

Under my name was a name of a studio here in the city....
