Seeing those men in front of me, I knew my fate was sealed. I took two cautious steps forward. Their eyes were like executioners, watching my every move, and for a moment, I truly thought this would be my end.

"Who sent you? Answer me!" I shouted.

Two of the men chuckled between themselves, but no one said a word. That was real torture—I hated silence and uncertainty.

Suddenly, the front door creaked open slowly, and the sharp click of high heels echoed through the room. A striking scent of women's perfume filled the air, sending a chill down my spine.
