“Y-You’re going to give them a chance?!” My best friend shoots as she abruptly gets off her feet, surprise riding the fine, smooth lines of her face as she holds my gaze. “Which technically means, no rejection? You're willing to accept them as your mates?” She adds, still seeped in shock and I almost chuckle at her outburst.

As before, my response to her stunned expression is a simple, vehement nod.
