I knocked on Darren's bedroom door repeatedly, waiting for an answer, crossing my arms as my legs began to twitch, unable to stay still. When he opened it, he saw my confused expression and sighed.

"I knew you'd come," he said as he stepped aside and I went to the door. "How is that mess over there?"

"Why do you say that?" I asked as I followed him into his room. I'd actually gone straight to Darren's after meeting up with Cole earlier.
