When I walked in the door, I saw my mom's car and I freaked out. Then I ran to the back as fast as I could, and luckily Darren opened the door in time. I looked around carefully, and when I looked into the hallway, there was Darren standing in the doorway from the back door to the kitchen, looking over his shoulder.

"You're just taking a shower," he said as he pointed towards the stairs, and I nodded before quickly running upstairs.
