"You ready?" Jesse asked and I nodded before taking a deep breath. 

"Ready as much as I can be." 

He straightened up, and I saw his body disappear into a gray mist of smoke as he slowly started moving towards me. I tried to hide the panic that slowly emerged as the mist enveloped my body. Meanwhile, Cole and Taylor were watching us attentively from the couch, and Chase was on the other side of the room.
