Jamie returned to the house with Jake, and the first thing Mrs Bryan did was take the baby from her arms into hers. She marveled at how cute the little boy looked.

"Oh my.." she cooed, "He looks so much like you, Jake."

Jake beamed with smiles, obviously proud of himself. He had his hand around Jamie's waist while the latter stayed quiet.

"C'mon in," Mrs Bryan ushered them in as she shut the door. "It's pretty late. Why did you choose now to bring Jamie and your son home?"
