Diana couldn't sleep.
She didn't know if it was guilt eating her up or simply because she was overthinking things. Hailey's frail body, fainting and falling in Edwards' arms, kept replaying in her mind. She finally sat up in bed by dawn and walked up to the table for a glass of water. She wondered how Hailey was doing.
