Wyatt kept some things to himself. He was scared Dave might ruin everything.

He didn’t want to be the one in charge. He only wanted to help from the background, quietly making things easier for Dave.

But now, he felt nervous. He knew things were getting hard.

Bianca noticed the worry in his eyes. She decided to push slightly. She talked gently, trying to draw the truth out of him.

“Hiding things won’t help,” she said. “You need to trust him.”

Wyatt’s tough mask quickly faded.

He remembered the past. If Dave hadn’t stepped in that night, when everything fell apart, he wouldn’t have survived.
