By the time they left the jewelry store, dusk had fallen. Rachel rubbed her temples, and Brady noticed immediately, asking with genuine concern, “Are you okay? Is that headache bothering you again?”
Rachel nodded, and Brady began to gently massage her temples.
Her headaches were a constant problem, worsened by years of insomnia. Even though Brady had found the best medications for her, the underlying issue remained.
“We’re home. Do you want Dr. Santos to check on you? Maybe that’ll help,” Brady said gently.
