Approximately 30 minutes later, I received a call for assistance from Lucas.
I could tell from his voice that he was irritated.
"What's the matter?" I asked him.
"Why is there a checkpoint that can only be passed through by working together with fathers? This is surely a conspiracy of yours," he exclaimed.
I chuckled and responded, "This is definitely not a conspiracy, my dear Lucas."
With a sly smile, I continued, "If this particular checkpoint seems to be too challenging for you, Lucas, you're free to quit the competition altogether. There's no shame in finishing last."
