Emily's POV :

Although I was a wolf girl without love, my feelings for Paul were more of a desire to conquer and to fill my loneliness, and Paul happened to be a suitable candidate for that.

But I did not want Paul to get hurt because of me.

I said to Owen, "I warn you, if you do anything to Paul, I will definitely not let you go."

In the next second, I directly pressed Owen against the wall.

There was a slight surprise on his face, with what seemed to be sadness in his eyes. "Do you really care about that man?"
