The Next Morning

Gaya could feel her entire body crumble in pain, her eyes puffy and leg already shaky from pacing the whole night without getting any sleep.

"If I keep staying in this weak human body, I fear I might not live long enough to finish this mission and return to my glorious days". She sighed, slumping into a chair.

Helixia had been gone for long that Gaya could only imagine the worse possible scenarios.

"Where could she have gone?" Gaya muttered herself, the quietness of the mountain was already making her feel very suffocated.
