I felt butterflies in my belly and I was so sure that my baby could feel it. Not having Killian around all these while was really draining, even though I lie to myself that I do not miss him.

I know for sure that he does bad things, but... he is my mate at the end of the day, and I can’t run away forever. Fate must surely bring us back together.

We laughed hard for no reason as we sat on the couch, looking at the ceiling. I still couldn’t believe that I was back with Killian... maybe, not fully back, but... at least we are back...
