Back at the Fischer's mansion, I entered the room for the first time, and she was still asleep.

I stepped forward, stood by the bed, and watched her curled up in a ball in her sleep. I went to the wall and the air-conditioning temperature was up so I turned it down, then walked back to her. I gently tucked in some loose hair on her face to her ear. Then I took a long look at her, not moving a footstep.
