Cheney's POV

In the conference room,

I was in a meeting with the executives when Milo's mobile phone vibrated. He bent over and ran out to answer the phone. I glanced at him and continued to talk about the project. Soon, he came back and whispered in my ear, "Mr. Cheney, madam had an accident at the construction site."

I turned to look at him and asked, "What happened?"

 

"Just now, your wife was injured trying to save Quincy and she was now on her way to the hospital."

 

I got up Immediately and left the office. I ran downstairs, and Milo followed me and drove me to the hospital.
