I slept wrapped around Arne like a blanket, I couldn't let what happened last time happen again, I will protect him properly this time.

After Ethan rescued Arne and brought him back to me yesterday night and stopped the attack, I had retired to bed with Arne immediately. He was still pretty shaken up from what happened so I didn't push him to tell me, I cleaned him up and laid beside him.

With the way he clung to me I knew last night must have traumatized him. I never stopped rubbing slow circles on his back and planting kisses on his forehead. Oh my poor child!
