Lucius slowly opened his eyes and squinted as the morning light seeped in through the window. He had forgotten to draw the curtains before sleeping. He sat up and stretched before getting out of the bed. Swinging his legs, Lucius took a deep breath and looked around the guest room he had been sleeping in since he and Michelle got married.
