Stacy’s POV

Scarlett, the real Scarlett still looked at me confusedly and didn’t seem to get the memo while I began to try and make sense of the puzzle. Who was the fake Scarlett? What was her real mission.

“You don’t look too good Stacy, are you sure you’re alright?” Scarlett asked worriedly.

The worry in her eyes were sincere and matched the one of the Scarlett I knew to be my best friend.

Her eyes trailed down to what I was carrying and she chuckled softly.

“I see your taste in wine hasn’t changed, you got your favorite red wine with a bottle of whiskey I presume?” she joked...
