MALIA’S POV
As I stepped out of the law firm, I found my driver, James, waiting by the sleek black car parked outside the building. His tall frame and broad shoulders were a reassuring sight after the emotional turmoil of the meeting. He opened the door for me with a concerned expression.
"Miss Williams," he said, his voice gentle, "is everything alright?"
I took a deep breath, trying to steady myself. "James, I need to take a walk. I need some fresh air to clear my head."
