Zach and I shared a glance before stepping outside, where the sun greeted us with a warm embrace. The church was surrounded by blooming gardens, vibrant colours alive with the fragrance of fresh flowers. It felt like stepping into a postcard, a perfect backdrop for our first moments as a married couple.

As we emerged, the cheering grew louder. Friends and family clapped, and I could see my father beaming proudly. He raised a glass of champagne, calling out, “To the newlyweds!”
