Lisa, a young woman from a poor home meets and marries Johnny; a man from a very wealthy family, against the will of his parents.

Everything seems fine when she gets pregnant in the third year of their marriage. Her best friend, who has a crush on Johnny returns after studying abroad for three years and temporarily moves in with them.
