As a vampire and shape-shifter, I work for a special branch of the CIA. They call me in when it’s too dangerous for humans. I’ve sworn to protect and preserve human life, and I’m great at what I do.

But never did I think I would agree to become a bodyguard to my boss’s son.

And I’ve done something stupid. Something I’ve never done before.

I’ve fallen in love with him.

Now, we’re on the run from rogue vampires hellbent on killing him, but I can’t let that happen.

Someone’s controlling them, and I have to find out who before they find us.

As my past finally catches up with me, it brings back memories of the Revolutionary War and WWII. But I have to save him at all cost… even if it means paying the ultimate price.
